RDW has awarded a framework agreement for the hiring of ICT professionals to CIMSOLUTIONS, with VITAS, Capteur, Heeyoo, and Yelgo as subcontractors. The framework agreement takes effect on September 1, 2026, has a term of two years with two one-year extension options, and represents a maximum value of €180 million. In addition to CIMSOLUTIONS, three other parties were selected for this framework agreement, chosen based on qualitative award criteria.
A safe, digital, and sustainable future
RDW is a client offering attractive assignments, where teamwork, autonomy, and continuous improvement are central. Based on four strategic themes, RDW is working towards a safe, digital, and sustainable future. These themes are: responding to vehicle innovations, utilizing data and digital technology, promoting sustainability in the vehicle chain, and strengthening the international position. The ICT division plays a key role in this by modernizing systems, digitizing processes, and enabling innovation.
Intensive collaboration with contractors
The RDW states that it is committed to good and intensive collaboration with contractors. In this context, they hold regular discussions with contractors regarding the status and progress, mutual expectations, and the measures to be taken to meet these expectations satisfactorily, in other words, “continuous improvement”. Moynul Hossain, Director of CIMSOLUTIONS, states: “CIMSOLUTIONS appreciates the intensive collaboration with the RDW. This already aligns well with our work processes, including our excellent field management, whereby we regularly speak with our employees and the client about the assignment, and our dedicated account managers who like to stay informed about ICT developments at our clients.”
Proud to provide the RDW with suitable ICT professionals
Moynul Hossain continues: “We are very proud that the RDW has chosen us again and look forward to continuing the pleasant collaboration. This framework agreement offers many opportunities for the employees of CIMSOLUTIONS and our consortium in the Northern Netherlands region. In the coming years, the RDW will focus on a future-proof back-end, cloud transition, organizational development, data, digital workplace, and artificial intelligence. In these areas, CIMSOLUTIONS is perfectly positioned to support the RDW by providing suitable, high-quality ICT professionals.”
