The Education Executive Agency (DUO) Groningen has awarded a framework agreement for the hiring of ICT Professionals to CIMSOLUTIONS for the 4th time, with SLTN, Highberg, Enshore, IT2IT, and VertX as subcontractors. In addition to the award to CIMSOLUTIONS, contracts were awarded to 7 other parties. The framework agreement takes effect on May 1st 2026, has a maximum duration of four years, and an estimated total contract volume of 2,900,000 hours. The maximum total contract volume (ceiling) amounts to 3,500,000 hours. In addition to DUO Groningen, ODC-Noord is also part of the framework agreement.
This concerns the hiring of temporary positions and includes, among others, the following profiles: Application Developers, System Developers, Testers, Security Managers, System Administrators, Server Administrators, Business Analysts, Information Analysts, Project Managers and Project Leaders, Application Administrators, Business Intelligence / Data Analysts, Architects, Functional Administrators, Agile Coaches, and Network Administrators.

The framework agreement commences on November 10, 2025, has a maximum term of four years, and a maximum contract value of €144,000,000 excluding VAT (ceiling).
The Tax Authorities, Benefits and Customs have awarded another framework agreement for the hiring of IT professionals to CIMSOLUTIONS in a consortium with SLTN IT Professionals.
The Ministry of Economic Affairs has selected the consortium CIMSOLUTIONS and SLTN IT Professionals as one of the eight preferred suppliers for the deployment of data specialists.
