Flash Private Mobile Networks is launching a pilot with VersaDoc from CIMSOLUTIONS AI, an AI-driven solution that accelerates the search for technical and operational information. The pilot will be conducted within the Customer Service Center (CSC), where most knowledge requests are received daily.
With VersaDoc AI, Flash aims to improve its internal information provision. The solution enables quick, relevant answers to customer questions within existing product information, documentation, and knowledge bases, significantly reducing the burden on the CSC. This aligns with Flash’s ambition to support employees with reliable, efficient, and future-proof tools.

Unlike the Generative AI tools commonly used by humans, VersaDoc AI offers the ability to query large volumes of complex and technical documentation in a managed and controlled environment. VersaDoc AI understands and combines all the information from the various documents and provides an answer that can be traced back to the provided documentation.
CIMSOLUTIONS AI provides VersaDoc AI as Dutch technology partner. The platform combines multiple language models, including variants trained by CIMSOLUTIONS AI itself, and processes data exclusively within the EU.

The pilot will run for one year and will be jointly evaluated by the CSC team at Flash and CIMSOLUTIONS AI. The results should provide insight into the applicability of AI in providing services to our customers in the business-critical and mission-critical domain. “With this pilot, we want to help the CSC team find answers to complex questions faster and more consistently.
