Properly executed Business Information Management, Application Management and IT Service Management, is essential for the operations of any organization. Proper management leads to a longer Application Lifecycle, causing the initial costs to be spread over multiple years. Both in solving errors and in processing changes it is important that the three types of management, i.e. business information & functional management, application management, and technical management, work well together in the so-called service team (see figure).

The business information & functional managers of CIMSOLUTIONS are also UML, IREB and TMap NEXT certified.
A closer collaboration between management and development has led to DevOps, and the specialists of CIMSOLUTIONS are involved in the introduction of DevOps teams at multiple clients. An important condition for successful DevOps is to automate as much work as possible, such as the automated creation of environments on servers, the automated testing of systems, the continuous integration and the automated deployment of the software over the various environments.
In addition to managers, CIMSOLUTIONS has certified service managers, who make sure that the service level of the management organization meets the needs of the business.
