The Immigration and Naturalization Service, Return & Departure Service and Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers (IND / DT & V / COA) have, after a public tender conducted under the direction of the Procurement Implementation Center of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, awarded a framework agreement to the CIMSOLUTIONS combination together with SLTN IT Professionals and Verdonck, Klooster & Associates (VKA) in the field of temporary IT Hire.
The size of the assignment is estimated at approximately € 32,000,000 on an annual basis and has an average of 300 new applications / placements per year. The assignments include the provision of temporary IT functions with our own employees, self-employed people and specialists from third parties.
Eight parties have been contracted. The framework agreement will take effect on 1st April 2019 and has a minimum duration of 1.5 years with a maximum of 4 years.

About IND, DT&V and COA
The Immigration and Naturalization Service is responsible for the implementation of aliens policy in the Netherlands. The IND checks all applications for residence from people who want to live in the Netherlands or who want to become Dutch. Around 3,000 employees work at the IND.
Repatriation & Departure Service directs the departure of foreign nationals who are not entitled to stay in the Netherlands. Together with other government services and social organizations, the DT&V strives to ensure that foreign nationals return as much as possible independently and with perspective.
Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers is responsible for the reception of asylum seekers and guide them to a future in the Netherlands or the country of origin. They work closely with other organizations within the immigration chain such as the IND and DT&V. All partners have their own duties and responsibilities. Approximately 2800 employees work at COA.
